four Things helping me improve work from home

falling on couch ,working all day , eating when you want not when it is your break time , this all felt comfortable to me in starting but sooner I was loosing all my balance.Then I realised I need to take charge , So , I implemented these things.
- Keeping a water bottle — keeps me hydrate , specially during long zoom calls, also I have to get up to refill it , which breaking my old habit to sitting for a long period of time continously.
- Alarm —I don’t need morning alarm while working from home , but I need alarm to notify myself for other things ,my breaks , house responsibilties ,checking on my acquiantances.
- Audible books — I can listen audible books now while coding , creating presentation or while taking breaks , specially about taxes , investments , side hustle , technology all this also help me to stay motivate.
- Fix time for news and social media — yes we can do it whole day and we also want to do it whole day , but it really put negative effects on your work , you will be keep thinking about the news , and mood swings can happen. I prefer listening news and social media only after my work.
